As part of the LVMH Group’s Loewe company, employees and trainees are regularly invited to participate in internal activities. In this this call for ideas named “EllesVMH”, they intend to raise awareness of gender inequality in the workplace and try to reduce it.
The variety of information that we can express on circular infographics is endless. So are our differences and coincidences. Not a single LVMH member has the same eye color or skin tone; we all have different cultural backgrounds, differente ages, capabilities and roles in the group. Let’s just express them with something that everybody can hold on the hand.
On this proposal, diversity is represented using body colors, but any kind of analysis or statistics could be represented. Information means power, and by sharing the right one we could contribute to generate a collective responsability in regards to gender equality.
